The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control’s Coastal Zone Act Program has received a Request for Status Decision (Project CZA-440SD) from Atlantic Concrete Company, Inc. The applicant is proposing to construct one new concrete manufacturing plant to replace two existing plants with nonconforming use status at 16762 Old Orchard Rd., Lewes, DE 19958. The application can be viewed at de.gov/cza. The public is invited to review the application and send comments by email to CZA_Program@delaware.gov or by mail to CZA Program, 100 W. Water St., Ste. 7B, Dover, DE 19904 for 10 business days during which state offices are open. Afterwards, the Secretary will make a decision on this request and notify the public.
