A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: ESNG Elkton Internal Line Inspection Preparation (2026.0016)

Eastern Shore Natural Gas proposes to utilize a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission authorization for the installation of permanent above-ground piping and valves to an existing 6-inch diameter pipeline system located north of Pulaski Highway and east of Pleasant Valley Road in the Newark area of New Castle County. Proposed work includes the installation of a driveway, the piping and valves, a fence and the placement of stone within the fenced areas. This work is proposed to prepare the existing pipeline for internal inspections to meet federal requirements. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
