A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: Romano Boat Lift (2026.0021)
Joseph Romano proposes to utilize a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Individual Permit for the installation of a 10-foot wide by 14-foot long, 12,000 pound capacity boat lift supported on four piles in the Indian River at 32046 River Rd., Millsboro, Sussex County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Certification will be accepted from June 3, 2026, through July 3, 2026.
