A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: USDA Ayaan Farms Solar (2025.0036)

Ayaan Farms, LLC, proposes to use U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development funds for the construction of 496 ground mounted solar panels, 4 inverters, and approximately 460 feet of buried cable at 3632 Sandtown Road, Felton, Kent County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted from June 29, 2025, through July 19, 2025.
