The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) Coastal Zone Act (CZA) Program has issued a standard Coastal Zone permit (Project CZA-444P) from Graver Technologies, LLC (“Graver”). Graver submitted a standard permit application on January 24, 2025, to conduct a new manufacturing process in an existing building to produce an industrial adsorbent at 800 Centerpoint Boulevard, New Castle, DE 19720.
A public hearing was held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, beginning at 6 p.m. (Docket #2025-P-CCE-0003) and the public comment period remained open until April 13, 2025. No public comments were received.
Pursuant to 7 Del. C. § 7007(b), anyone wishing to appeal this decision to the State Coastal Zone Industrial Control Board (CZICB) must do so by end of day on June 11, 2025. A written appeal for this decision may be submitted by emailing DNREC_CZICB_Appeals@delaware.gov (note the underscores between DNREC and CZICB and Appeals) or to the following address:
