A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: Kingfisher Residential Community (2025.0030)

West Selbyville Development, LLC proposes to utilize a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nationwide Permit No. 29 to modify the Beaver Dam Tax Ditch Prongs 6 and 7 in preparation for residential development in the town of Selbyville, Delaware, north of State Route 54 and west of Bear Hole Road (Sussex County Tax Map Parcels 533-11.00-35.00 and 533-18.00-5.00). The tax ditch modifications include stormwater outfall riprap armor protection at 6 locations, removal of existing farm road culvert crossings at 7 locations, and relocation of 1,525 linear feet of tax ditch channel. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
