A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: HUD Mispillion Station II (2025.0018)
The Mispillion Apartment Complex proposes to receive US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Mortgage Insurance Program: Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) for the improvement and construction of apartment buildings and amenities at 1000 – 1400 Mispillion Apartments, Milford, Sussex County, Delaware. The proposed project (Mispillion Station II) consists of substantial exterior and interior renovation of the existing structures, including the replacement of roofs, windows, insulation, plumbing, etc. The plans also include the construction of two new apartment buildings, associated structures (sidewalks, parking areas, dumpster enclosure, pole lighting, and landscaping), a community gazebo and a grill/picnic area. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted from March 9, 2025, through March 29, 2025.
