A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: DelDOT BR 3-437 over SR 54 (2025.0014)

The Delaware Department of Transportation proposes to utilize a U.S. Coast Guard Bridge Permit for the replacement of Bridge 3-437 over the waterway known as “The Ditch” on State Route 54 in Selbyville, Sussex County, DE. The proposed project would permanently impact 0.5748 acres of subaqueous lands and 0.0269 acres of tidal wetlands, and temporarily impact 0.0715 acres of tidal wetlands. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
