A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: Meoli Dock and Boat Lift (2024.0045)

Michael Meoli proposes to utilize a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Individual Permit for the construction of a 4-foot by 28-foot pier, 6-foot by 48-foot dock, and a boat lift mounted on 4 pilings in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal, as well as a 24-foot vinyl retaining wall landward of the mean-high water line at 50 Thompson Court, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE. The retaining wall will impact 48 square feet of nontidal wetlands. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
