A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: Savannah Farms Residential Subdivision (2024.0060)

D.R. Horton plans to utilize a US Army Corps of Engineers Nationwide Permit to construct stormwater management facilities associated with a proposed 1,114 residential subdivision northeast of the intersection of Moose Lodge Road and Willow Grove Road in Wyoming, Kent County, Delaware Tax Parcel No.7-20-09400-01-1000-00001. The proposed use of Nationwide Permit 43 is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Certification will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this notice.
