Federal Consistency Determinations have been submitted to the DNREC Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following:
HUD 507 N Cannon Street Bridgeville (2024.0056)

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development proposes to provide financial assistance to Sussex County Habitat for Humanity for the construction of a single-family home at 300 W. Market Street, Greenwood, Sussex County, Delaware.
HUD 53 Church Street Bridgeville (2024.0058)
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development proposes to provide financial assistance to Sussex County Habitat for Humanity for the construction of a single-family home at 53 Church Street, Bridgeville, Sussex County, Delaware.
HUD 30185 Discount Land Road Laurel (2024.0059)
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development proposes to provide financial assistance to Sussex County Habitat for Humanity for the construction of a single-family home at 30185 Discount Land Road, Laurel, Sussex County, Delaware.
The proposed activities are subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
