A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: Fishers Cove Dock Condominium (2024.0044)
Burke & Rutecki, LLC proposes to utilize a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Individual Permit for the installation of a boat lift in an existing boat slip within the Fishers Cove Dock Condominium in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal approximately 0.08 miles northwest of the intersection of Rodney Ave. and Pilottown Rd. in Lewes, Sussex County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
