Federal Consistency Form

A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: HUD Cecil Street (2024.0043)

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development proposes to provide financial assistance to Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity for the construction of a single-family home at 229 Cecil Street, Dover, Kent County, Delaware. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
