A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: H&V Farm Solar (2024.0029)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development proposes to provide financial assistance for the installation of a 0.05-acre ground mounted solar energy system on H&V Farms located at 30399 Ross Point Rd, Laurel, Sussex County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
