A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: Buckalew Retaining Wall and Backfill (2024.0026)

The Buckalew family is proposing to utilize a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nationwide Permit 29 for the construction and backfill of a retaining wall impacting approximately 0.044 acres of wetland on Love Creek at 17 Love Creek Pines Lane, Lewes, Sussex County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
