A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: Port Mahon Maintenance Dredging Modification (2024.0023)

The Delaware Storage and Pipeline Company is proposing to amend a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nationwide Permit 35 authorization to include a second confined disposal facility option at Artificial Island, DE for the Port Mahon maintenance dredging project. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
