A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: Sussex Habitat for Humanity Milford (2024.0013)

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development proposes to provide financial assistance to Sussex County Habitat for Humanity for the construction of eight single-family homes located on McColley Street and Columbia Street in Milford, Sussex County, Delaware. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
