A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: ESNG Delmar Loop (2024.0010)

Eastern Shore Natural Gas (ESNG) proposes to utilize a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Automatic Blanket Certificate to construct, own, operate, and maintain approximately 1.1 miles of 10-inch diameter natural gas pipeline beginning and looping along the eastern side of US-13 from the end of an existing pipeline approximately 120 feet north of Thorton Blvd. and extending south within the US-13 right-of-way to a location approximately 790 feet south of Foskey Lane in the Delmar area of Sussex County, Delaware. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
