A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: Sussex Habitat for Humanity Milton (2024.0015)

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development proposes to provide financial assistance to Sussex County Habitat for Humanity for the construction of a single-family home at 28292 Fisherman Dr., Milton, Sussex County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
