A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following:

USDA Deer Crossing Farm Inc. (2024.0008)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency proposes to finance the construction of a grain storage tank at an existing grain storage yard at 1297 Bunker Hill Rd., Middletown, New Castle County, Delaware. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
