A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following:

USDA Bonk Farms LLC (2024.0007)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency proposes to finance the construction of two grain storage tanks at an existing grain storage yard at 472 Barkers Landing Rd., Magnolia, Kent County, Delaware. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
