A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following:

Tradewinds Community (2024.0006)

The Tradewinds Grove Condominium Association is proposing to use a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Individual Permit to construct a 12-foot long by 4-foot wide pier, a 99-foot long by 6-foot wide fixed dock, a 40-foot wide by 6-foot long fixed common dock, a 12-foot long by 4-foot wide gangway, a 20-foot long by 6-foot wide floating kayak dock, and three 4-piling boat lifts adjacent to the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 20692 Tradewinds Court, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, Delaware. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
