Notice has been given that:

1007 Market Condominium Association requests a Natural Minor permit to construct two (2) identical low NOx burners with flue gas recirculation (FGR) rated 13.4 MMBtu/hr each in the existing Cleaver Brooks (CB700X-600X) boilers identified as W-1 & W-2 at their 1007 N. Market Street in Wilmington, New Castle County facility. The Cleaver Brooks (CB700X-600X) boilers (W-1 and W-2) will be permitted to emit 0.875 TPY of PM10, 3.452 TPY of NOx, 0.069 TPY of SOx, 9.667 TPY of CO, and 0.633 TPY of VOC by Permit: APC-2024/0070-CONSTRUCTION and Permit: APC-2024/0071-CONSTRUCTION. Construction of the new burners will result in a significant decrease in NOx emissions at the source, resulting in a facility status change from a major source to a natural minor source.

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. To submit comments, for additional information or for information regarding how you can inspect the application, please contact Jennifer Childears at (302) 739‑9402 or jennifer.childears@delaware.gov.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending July 15, 2024. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
