Notice has been given that:
Enstructure Wilmington Holdings LLC, requested a temporary emergency variance to unload Olivine Sand at the Port of Wilmington located at 1 Hausel Road, in Wilmington, Delaware to support vessel diversion from the Port of Baltimore. The variance was granted on March 29, 2024, and will remain in effect for a period not to exceed 60 days or upon completion of the unloading events, whichever comes sooner.
Emissions from unloading new materials will not exceed 0.03 tons per year of total particulate, 0.14 tons per year of PM10, and 0.045 tons per year of PM2.5. Unloading operations will also be restricted by the facility’s existing permit (Permit: APC-2007/0041-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION (Amendment 4)).
