Amended Proposed Plan of Remedial Action for the 101 S. Dupont Highway New Castle Site (DE-1581)

The Department invites public comment on an amended proposal to clean-up the 101 S. Dupont Highway New Castle Site located in New Castle. The Site, once used as gasoline service station, requires a restriction on the use of groundwater and groundwater monitoring. The amended plan documents the addition of an in-situ chemical oxidation remedy.
