Notice has been given that:

Stone Tech Materials, LLC, requests a Construction Permit for the construction of a 2018 McCloskey I44 RV3 Impact Crusher at 1620 Bowers St., Wilmington, New Castle, Delaware.  The Impact Crusher will be permitted to emit 0.56 tpy of NO_x, 0.02 tpy of SO_x, 0.26 tpy of CO, 0.05 tpy of VOC, and 0.05 tpy of PM by Permit: APC-2020/0190-CONSTRUCTION.

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request.  The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices.  To submit comments, for additional information or for information regarding how you can inspect the application, please contact Tracy Mattson at (302) 739‑9402.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending July 20, 2020.  A request for a hearing shall be in writing.  The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
