Notice has been given that:

Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials CMP, Inc., requests a construction permit to construct a modification to their Building 5 Advanced Casting Technology “ACT” process, including the addition of two (2) process vessels and a cold trap, at their 451 Bellevue Road, Newark, New Castle County facility.  The Building 5 Advanced Casting Technology “ACT” process modification will increase permitted emission limits for the process to 23.5 pounds of particulate matter emissions per day and 3.595 tons of particulate matter per year by Permit: APC-2021/0002-CONSTRUCTION.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending August 24, 2020.  A request for a hearing shall be in writing.  The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
