Notice has been given that:
MPPRO LLC DBA Procino Enterprises, requests an amendment to the operating permit for hard chromium electroplating process line #2 at their 901 South Market Street facility in Blades, Sussex County. The request is to incorporate recent stack test results. The process line will be permitted to emit 0.52 pounds per year of Chromium, and 0.76 pounds per year of PM by Permit# (APC-2021/0132-OPERATION (Amendment 1) (GACT)).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending August 29, 2022. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
