Notice has been given that:
GeoTech, LLC, requests a permit amendment to operate one (1) 350 hp McCloskey Concrete Crusher and associated Screener and Conveyor Engines at 801 Boxwood Road, Wilmington, New Castle County. The crusher will be permitted to emit 2.19 TPY for NOx, 2.06 TPY for CO, 0.12 TPY for THC, 1.34 TPY for PM, and 0.01 TPY for SO2 by Permit: APC-2019/0052-OPERATION (Amendment 1).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending November 9, 2020. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
