Notice has been given that:

Envent Corporation requests a limited term permit to construct and operate a portable thermal oxidizer at 4550 Wrangle Hill Road. The thermal oxidizer will be permitted to emit 0.92 tons of NO_X, 0.09 tons of VOCs, 0.96 of CO, 0.05 tons of PM, 0.11 tons of SO₂, and 1,021 tons of CO₂ by Permit: APC-2022/0054-Construction/Operation.

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. To submit comments, for additional information or for information regarding how you can inspect the application, please contact Tracy Mattson at (302) 739‑9402.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending Monday, March 7, 2022. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
