Notice has been given that:
Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, LLC requests a permit amendment to increase production to 400,000 barrels per year (an increase of 50,000 barrels per year) for Brewhouse 1 and 2 and Bay 7 maturation vessels at their 6 Cannery Village Center, Milton, Sussex County facility. Barley malt receiving requests a throughput increase to 14,857 tons per year (an increase of 1,857 tons per year). The Brewhouses and Bay 7 will be permitted to emit 6.64 TPY VOC and 0.86 PM10 by Permit# APC-2009/0028-OPERATION (Amendment 3)(MNSR) and Permit# APC-2017/0140-OPERATION (Amendment 1).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending August 31, 2020. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
