Notice has been given that:
City of Wilmington – Public Works requests permission for the construction of one (1) natural gas fired emergency generator, rated 750 kW (1234 HP) at Louis Redding City/County Building, 800 N. French St., Wilmington, Delaware. The engine used in this generator set complies with U. S. EPA regulations under the provisions of 40 CFR Part 1048. Permit # APC-2021/0033-C

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending November 30, 2020. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
