Notice has been given that:

Christiana Care Health Services, Inc. – Wilmington Hospital requests a construction permit to install a 150kW (259 BHP) natural gas fired emergency generator near the parking garage of their 501 West 14^th Street, Wilmington, County of New Castle facility. The emergency generator complies with US EPA regulations and emission limits under the provisions of 40 CFR 1048.101(a) Non-Road and 40 CFR Part 60 Subpart JJJJ. Permit # APC-2021/0030-CONSTRUCTION (NSPS).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending Monday, December 28, 2020. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
