Notice has been given that:

Amazon.com Services LLC requests permission for the construction and operation of one (1) natural gas fired Cummins emergency generator, rated 750 kW and one (1) diesel fired Clarke fire pump, rated 364 kW at Amazon MTN1 fulfilment center located at 1025 Boxwood road, Wilmington, Delaware. The engine used in this generator set complies with U. S. EPA regulations under the provisions of 40 CFR Part 1048. Permit # APC-2021/0102-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION. The fire pump engine complies with U. S. EPA regulations under the provisions of 40 CFR 89, Non-Road Tier 3 emissions standards. Permit # APC-2021/0103-CONSTRUCTION.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending April 26, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
