Notice has been given that:
Four M Co. requests a construction permit to install four (4) printing presses at their 1601 POW/MIA Highway, Dover, Kent County facility to print on corrugated cardboard. Operating hours will be limited to 3,380 hours per rolling twelve month period and ink usage will be monitored to comply with Minor New Source Review. The printing/converting presses will be permitted to emit 4.82 TPY VOC by Permit# APC-2022/0010-CONSTRUCTION (MNSR).
Four M Co. requests a construction permit to install a 24,500 gallon starch silo with an associated baghouse (control device) at their 1601 POW/MIA Highway, Dover, Kent County facility. The baghouse will be permitted to emit 0.001 TPY PM10 by Permit# APC-2022/0009-CONSTRUCTION.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending September 20, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
