Anchor Way, Inc. – To install stone groins and sand fill in Rehoboth Bay at 116 Anchor Way, Dewey Beach, Sussex County, DE.

Charlotte Anderson – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in the Indian River Bay at 33311 Dover Road, Dagsboro, Sussex County, DE.

John and Lorene Shafran – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 89 Anchor Road, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE.

Douglas Ritter – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in Hopkins Prong at 24265 Canal Drive, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Frank and Suzanne Thomas – To modify an existing docking facility in Vines Creek at 143 Riverview Drive, Dagsboro, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
