A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: HUD Hurley Park Drive Seaford (2026.0031)

Sussex County Habitat for Humanity is proposing to utilize U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Project funding for the construction of nine new single-family homes along Hurley Park Drive in Seaford, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted from August 21, 2026, through September 10, 2026.
