A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: ESNG Camden Controller (2026.0022).

Eastern Shore Natural Gas proposes to utilize a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission authorization for the construction of a natural gas valve station on approximately 0.34 acres located southwest of the intersection of South DuPont Highway and Lochmeath Way in the Dover area of Kent County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Certification will be accepted from July 10, 2026, through August 9, 2026.
