The Hazardous Substance Cleanup Act (HSCA), 7 Del. C. § 9107 (a)(1), requires the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) to provide “public notification within 20 days after entering into negotiations for a Prospective Purchaser agreement with any person that agrees to perform a remedy.”
As required by § 9107(a)(1), DNREC advises that it is negotiating a Prospective Purchaser Agreement (PPA) with 21 Commerce Steet LLC regarding the 3-15 Commerce Street Site (DE-1861) located at 3-15 Commerce Street, Wilmington, DE. The Site is identified as portions of New Castle County tax parcel number 26-051.00-009. The Site requires remedial action due to historic activities on site.
