Non-Discrimination Policy

The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) Remediation Section (RS) has adopted a plan regarding the clean-up of the Eden Hill Farm Site [DE-1714] (Site) Operable Unit-6 (OU-6) located in Dover. The Site was former farmland. The site at OU-6 consists of the soils on approximately 17-acres located on the eastern portion of the Site. No unacceptable risk was identified to human health or the environment from exposure to site soil; therefore, the soil on OU-6 of the Eden Hill Farm Site is not subject to any remedial actions.

DNREC issued a public notice of the Proposed Plan of Remedial Action (Proposed Plan) for OU-6 of the Site on February 25, 2026. There were no comments or questions from the public regarding the Proposed Plan.
