DNREC, Fish and Wildlife – To replace an existing culvert and modify a levee in State-regulated wetlands and north of the St. Jones River in the Ted Harvey Conservation Area, located south of 2016 Kitts Hummock Road, Dover, Kent County, Delaware
Michael S. Koppenhaver – To modify an existing docking facility, in Bald Eagle Creek, at 162 East Side Drive, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, Delaware.
Lewis Family White’s Creek, LLC – To modify an existing docking facility and replace an existing bulkhead, in White’s Creek, at 37458 Clubhouse Road, Ocean View, Sussex County, Delaware.
Michael Brian Emerson and David Christopher Lorence – To construct a new docking facility, in Bethany Beach Canal, at 35 N Pennsylvania Avenue, Bethany Beach, Sussex County, Delaware.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
