Non-Discrimination Policy

This office has under consideration the applications of:

2 Charles Mason LLC – to modify an existing docking facility in the Lewes & Rehoboth Canal at 2 Charles Mason Way, Lewes, Sussex County, Delaware.

Daniel and Nancy Scott – to modify an existing docking facility in the Indian River at 29710 Seagrass Court, Dagsboro, Sussex County, Delaware.

Wayne Ericksen – to utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in Hopkins Prong at 101 Pinewater Drive, Pinewater Farm, Harbeson, Sussex County, Delaware.

Stephen and Johanna Owsiany – to modify an existing docking facility in the Indian River at 32472 River Road, Millsboro, Sussex County, Delaware.

Wendy Roane – to modify an existing docking facility in the Assawoman Bay at 39144 Van Buren Avenue, Edgewater Acres, Selbyville, Sussex County, Delaware.

5 White Oak Road, LLC – to maintain an existing docking facility in the Rehoboth Bay at 5 White Oak Road, Lewes, Sussex County DE.

Paul Oliva, Sr. and Janet P. Oliva – to maintain an existing wetland walkway and docking facility in Herring Creek at 24206 Big Oak Lane, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Pamela Lee Townsend – to maintain an existing boat ramp, rip-rap, wetland walkway, and docking facility in Island Creek, at 29990 Faber Lane, Dagsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Stephen Charles Smith, Jr. and Anita Cecil Smith – to maintain an existing docking facility in the Indian River Bay at 29298 Woods Edge Drive, Ocean View, Sussex County, DE.

Lyle Arden Stephenson and Joan R. Stephenson – to construct a new docking facility in Herring Creek at 24436 Dogwood Lane, Millsboro, Sussex County DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
