A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: HUD 423 Collins Drive (2025.0005)

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development proposes to provide financial assistance to the Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity for the construction of a single-family home at 423 Collins Drive, Dover, DE 19901. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
