A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: HUD 413 Eleventh Street (2025.0001)

The applicant proposes to use U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development public development funds to construct two semi-detached housing units at 413 Eleventh Street, New Castle, New Castle County, Delaware. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
