A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: Meoli Dock and Boat Lift (2024.0045)
Michael Meoli proposes to utilize a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Individual Permit for the construction of a 6-foot by 48-foot dock and boat lift mounted on 4 pilings in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 50 Thompson Court, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
