A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: HUD Seaford Townhomes (2024.0040)

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development proposes to provide financial assistance to Sussex County Habitat for Humanity for the construction of nine townhomes on a 0.69-acre property at 0 North Porter Street, Seaford, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
