Project Description: Midwick Jubilee, LLC has submitted a renewal application for an Operating Permit for an On-site Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System for the Middletown Veterinary Hospital. The system has been designed to accommodate 3,300 gallons per day of domestic wastewater generated by an existing veterinary hospital consisting of 25 employees and 168 kennels campsites. The system consists of 4 septic tanks, 2 effluent lift pump tanks, 3 dosing chambers, and 2 pressure dosed beds for disposal.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
