A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: ESNG Internal Line Inspections (2024.0033)

Eastern Shore Natural Gas (ESNG) proposes to utilize a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Automatic Blanket Certificate to install permanent above-ground piping, below-ground piping, and valves at existing ESNG locations in the Newark, Middletown, and Clayton areas of New Castle County, DE, the Bridgeville and Delmar areas of Sussex County, DE, and the Smyrna area of Kent County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
