A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: Tri Oak Farm Irrigation (2024.0028)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development proposes to provide financial assistance for the installation of four irrigation pumps and the removal of the existing irrigation system at four sites on Tri Oak Farms between Laurel and Bethel, Sussex County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
