A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: ESNG Felton Loop (2024.0024)
Eastern Shore Natural Gas (ESNG) proposes to utilize a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Automatic Blanket Certificate to construct, own, operate, and maintain approximately 3.7 miles of 16-inch pipeline looping along the western side of the Norfolk Southern railroad beginning near Fence Post Lane and extending southward along US-13 to approximately 2,200 feet south of SR-12 in the Felton area of Kent County, Delaware. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
